Many businesses spend too much time focusing on their competitors. While observing what works and doesn’t work for others in your industry, it should never be a primary focus of your business.

Why? Because it tends to create an anxiety that can be difficult to manage. You also easily get trapped in the comparison game which no one likes (and no one ever wins).
